This special fire cider is an adaptation of my original recipe that combines spring foraged herbs such as chickweed and dandelion to help detoxify the body and move lymph, which is important for our bodies upon the arrival of spring. They help flush out those stagnant winter toxins. I then add powerful immune boosting adaptogens astragalus, reishi, and holy basil. Adaptogens help our body with its response to stress. They support our body’s natural homeostasis.

This is a very small batch release. Only 14 available. Ingredients: LOVE, reishi mushroom, astragalus, holy basil, chickweed, dandelion, onion, rosemary, ginger root, cayenne pepper, turmeric, garlic, horseradish, lemon, and apple cider vinegar.

Recommended dosage is one tablespoon daily. If you are experiencing symptoms then a tablespoon every 4 hours is recommended.

Fire cider is great in a shot glass or you can mix with a some hot water and honey (my personal favorite) for a morning energizing drink!
