A twist on my original fire cider recipe. I have added in bilberry, schisandra berry, local blueberries, and hawthorn berry.

Blueberries and bilberry both are very high in antioxidants with high amounts of manganese, vitamin K and vitamin C. Of all the different types of berries, bilberry has the greatest concentration of anthocyanins, which contain one of the richest sources of antioxidants. One of the benefits of antioxidants is that they search the body for free radicals with the objective of helping to prevent or reverse cell damage.

Schisandra berry is known as an adaptogen. These berries assist the endocrine system and immune system function that is most affected by stress. This berry works hard to balance your response to anxiety, stress, anger, depression and fear.

Hawthorn berry is a powerful adaptogen and heart tonic specific for the circulatory system. It assists in strengthening, protecting, and increasing circulation to the heart.

Ingredients: LOVE, bilberry, blueberry, schisandra berry, hawthorn berry, onion, garlic, thyme, turmeric, ginger, orange, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

Doseage: Shake well before each use. Shelf stable for up to 6 months. Adults take 1 tablespoon daily to improve immune function. If symptoms of cold and flu are present, then dosage can be increased to a tablespoon every 4 hours.

***Do NOT take this product if you are using barbiturates or Warfarin.
